Create a BLOFIN API Key

Next, you'll need to set up your API key so the bot can talk to the exchange and trade for you!

• Hover over your profile picture and select "API"

• Click "CREATE API KEY"

• A box will pop-up asking for information to create your AI key. Use the following info to fill out the necessary fields:

  • APPLICATION NAME : CCXT

  • API KEY NAME : (Name it whatever you like)

  • PERMISSIONS : Make sure only READ and TRADE are selected (READ is selected automatically)

  • PASSPHRASE : (Use whatever you want, but REMEMBER IT!)

  • IP : Leave this box blank

ONLY SELECT READ AND TRADE!

• When you click SUBMIT, Blofin will send your email a confirmation code. YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THAT CODE WITHIN 5 MINUTES!

• You will now see all of your API key info, including a SECRET KEY. DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW WITHOUT WRITING DOWN YOUR SECRET KEY! You will not be able to view it again.

• In another tab, go back to your DAN TRADING BOT PROFILE and click on SETTINGS

• Click CONNECT under the Blofin Logo

• Enter your API key, Secret Key, and the passphrase you set into the designated fields

• Click CONNECT

• Your API key is now connected to the bot!
